The location of this condo is wonderful. Within walking distance you have access to banks, grocery stores, restaurants and a wonderful pub! Lucie and Daniel have not forgotten any detail inside the condo. Everything you need is in there! All you need to do is drop your bags and move in. The pools, office center and workout rooms are wonderful and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Lucie and Daniel are more than accommodating hosts and we recommend their condo highly. My husband and I recently relocated to Phoenix and needed somewhere to stay while we were searching for a home. Lucie and Daniel's property was the PERFECT solution!!! The property was clean, beautifully maintained and in excellent condition. It was SO nice to drive cross-country and land in such a homey place!!! The grounds were beautiful and we took full advantage of many of the amenities this rental offered (i.e. the pool and the indoor gym). It was such a pleasure having such informative, professional and helpful owners to assist us! They provided excellent recommendations for everything from where to go, what to do, to names of even a handiman and house cleaner. Overall I would rate our experience and time as STELLAR. I would highly recommend this property to my close friends and family... you will have a wonderful time and ease of experience interacting with this fantastic owners!!! Be sure to take a walk to the lake at sunset... just gorgeous! Also, we often frequented a short walk to the Starbucks located about half a mile down the road. An ideal property in an ideal setting. Enjoy!!!

We HIGHLY recommend this condo to be your home away from home if given the opportunity.
The condo was very well furnished, nicely decorated and immaculate. My husband and I stayed at this condo for 5 months and we loved it. There was plenty of space for all our stuff.
It is close to several groceries, restaurants, shopping and highway.

We loved sitting out on the patio for the morning coffee or the evening appetizer. The neighborhood is very quiet. We met Lucie et Daniel (the owners) and they were extremely gracious, helpful and accommodating. We will definitly stay here again

We really appreciated how you went beyond the call of duty to make our stay in your condo so
delightful.... You were wonderful hosts and landlords. So thoughtful and organized.....We enjoyed your short visit and wished we could have gotten to know you better.

We loved the whole experience in Phoenix and would definitely like to return. We believe we
would have some friends who would also enjoy this complex and will be spreading the word.
